Our client is a fast-growing third-party logistics provider committed to delivering customized transportation solutions that help businesses optimize their supply chains. Serving customers across the United States, they offer a comprehensive portfolio of services, including Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), automated parcel shipping, and intermodal transportation. As they continue to expand their commercial team, they are seeking experienced Freight Brokers who are passionate about building customer relationships and driving business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for sales-driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced transportation environment and have an established network of shipper relationships. The successful candidates will play a key role in expanding business across the U.S. market while also supporting export opportunities from Latin America. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with a strong understanding of the trucking industry, a proven ability to generate and manage freight opportunities, and experience coordinating FTL, LTL, and intermodal shipments.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, manage, and grow an existing book of business with shippers across the U.S. market.

● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers through proactive sales and account management.

● Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through outbound prospecting.

● Coordinate and manage freight movements across Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and intermodal transportation.

● Negotiate rates and service solutions with customers and carriers to maximize profitability while ensuring high-quality service.

● Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.

● Maintain accurate customer and shipment records within the company's systems.

● Consistently meet daily sales activity.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

● 2–3 years of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics sales role.

● Previous experience within the trucking and transportation industry.

● Existing book of business and established relationships with shippers.

● Demonstrated experience selling transportation services within the U.S. market.

● Strong knowledge of FTL, LTL, and intermodal transportation services.

● Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment.
