The grant may start between October 1, 2027 and January 2028. The official award page lists an estimated €1,666 monthly stipend, international travel benefits, health benefits and Fulbright support. Proposals may address deaf education, early intervention, accessibility, psychology, counselling, interpreter education and related areas.
Eligibility requirements
Graduate students with an interest and background in deafness-related studies and some experience relevant to the proposed project. An Italian host affiliation is required for independent study/research. Intermediate Italian is the stated proficiency level by grant start where language evaluation applies.
