Current MACECE program supports Moroccan doctoral candidates conducting PhD research at a U.S. university with an American co-supervisor.
Complete fellowship details
Applicants must first secure a U.S. professor and submit academic records, language evidence where applicable, three recommendations, Moroccan-supervisor approval, U.S. invitation, proof of doctoral enrollment, a tailored thesis proposal and CV.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Moroccan PhD students physically resident in Morocco through selection. They cannot be currently studying in the U.S.; Green Card holders are not eligible. Commitments from both Moroccan and U.S. supervisors are required.
