Tips for this fellowship

Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.

  1. Check eligibility, funding coverage, study/project level and every required document before investing time in the application.
  2. Prepare transcripts, references, language tests, proposal/motivation statement and proof documents early.
  3. Separate the scholarship deadline from any university/program admission deadline; they may be different.
  4. Treat “fully funded” as a source fact only when the official provider explicitly confirms the covered costs.

Verification notes

The Philippines official programme page states the 2027–2028 deadline is 16 October 2026 at 11:59 PM Manila Standard Time, normalized from UTC+8 to 15:59 UTC. The country-specific record is justified by explicit Philippine citizenship/residency eligibility and PAEF administration.
