Two-week Fulbright seminar for U.S. higher-education administrators and international-education professionals to study Germany's higher-education system and build institutional networks.

Up to 15 participants, expected October–November 2027. The award covers program costs, international round-trip travel allowance, travel within Germany, hotel accommodation with breakfast, several meals and seminar-period health insurance.
Eligibility requirements
Fulbright U.S. Scholar eligibility and an appropriate higher-education administrator/executive profile apply. No PhD is required; applicants residing in Germany, German permanent residents and dual U.S.-German citizens are ineligible. English is sufficient.
