MACECE recommends a September start. Applicants need a Moroccan affiliation/support letter and a one-page research summary in French or Arabic. Degree enrollment and affiliation fees are not covered.
Eligibility requirements
U.S. Student Program rules apply; bachelor's, master's and doctoral-level candidates are accepted. Six months or more of prior-year Morocco residency is not permitted; dual Moroccan citizens are eligible. Intermediate project-relevant Arabic/Darija/French/Spanish/Amazigh is required.
