Eligibility requirements
Eligible U.S. citizens must meet Fulbright U.S. Student rules. Bachelor's, master's and doctoral-level applicants are considered; applicants must be able to work independently. Residence in Estonia for three months or more during the year before the grant is not permitted, dual citizens of Estonia are not eligible, and projects involving direct patient contact are excluded.
