Complete fellowship details
Headline grant length is 10 months. Estimated support is EUR 992/month plus EUR 100/month rental subsidy; doctoral ABD candidates get EUR 1,500/month. One-time support totals EUR 2,000, including EUR 1,400 round-trip travel; health insurance is included.
Eligibility requirements
U.S. citizenship and Fulbright Student eligibility apply. Current students apply through their institution; non-enrolled applicants need a bachelor's by grant start and may not already hold a PhD. Germany accepts bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels.
