Full Stack Developer (Outbound/Selfservice)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full Stack Developer (Outbound/Selfservice) based in India. This role focuses on building a configurable, UI-driven self-service platform for modern contact center operations. You will develop scalable backend services that enable business users to manage call routing, queues, and outbound campaigns without requiring code changes. The position combines strong Java and microservices expertise with hands-on exposure to modern frontend technologies. You will work across distributed systems, REST APIs, AWS services, and configuration-driven workflows. Your work will help create flexible solutions that support real-time updates, performance, scalability, and reliability. Design and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Build backend systems supporting dynamic call routing, queue management, and configuration-driven workflows. Develop services that enable outbound campaign management and dialer customization. Collaborate closely with UI teams to power self-service interfaces used by business users. Integrate applications with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. Abstract and manage business logic outside of Amazon Connect to enable flexible and configurable workflows. Design systems capable of supporting real-time updates without requiring application deployments. Optimize distributed systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Participate in code reviews, debugging activities, and production support. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and its underlying architecture. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, including ES6+. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and Docker. Understanding of configuration-driven systems or platforms where business users can control workflows is a plus. Exposure to contact center platforms, IVR systems, or technologies such as Amazon Connect is desirable. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and contribute independently when required.
