About The Role
Backcountry Outlet is a new retail division built on a simple idea: expert gear guidance paired with accessible pricing. It’s a place where seasoned skiers, first-time mountain bikers, and families alike can confidently gear up for what’s next. Our stores are powered by Gearheads who live the lifestyle—skiing, riding, hiking, and climbing—and bring that credibility to every customer interaction. Qualifications And Requirements
Shop experience and extensive knowledge of shop equipment required. Ability to maintain rental equipment as well as customer work. Ability to delegate tasks and workload to another shop tech. Winter specific knowledge of tuning, base and edge repair, etc. Bike knowledge is preferred though not required.
