MAKE AN IMPACT Direct Responsibilities   Design test conditions and create test cases, scenarios, and scripts (defining  what  to test)   Analyze requirements to determine testing needs by reviewing documentation, attending meetings, and collaborating with the project team   Develop functional test cases that align with assigned requirements   Conduct requirement reviews and walkthroughs together with the Business Analyst   Execute regression tests (both manual and automated) as well as functional tests   Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly status reports for both automation and manual testing cycles   Lead root ‑ cause investigations when defects leak or key performance indicators are not met   Maintain and update regression test suites and scripts   Perform peer ‑ review QA checks on test scripts and the execution work of fellow analysts   Streamline the regression test pack to improve execution efficiency for BAU releases   Follow all established testing processes and utilize standard templates for each release   Communicate testing progress and issues to the Test Manager on a regular basis.   Contributing Responsibilities   Participate in stand-ups   Involve in preparing Test Plan and Closure reports for releases    Technical & Behavioral Competencies   Demonstrates a solid grasp of testing concepts   Possesses strong analytical abilities   Proficient with JIRA for issue tracking and workflow management   Experience in manual testing, preferably within the investment ‑ banking sector (advantageous)   Able to write basic SQL queries Excellent interpersonal and presentation capabilities   Highly effective time ‑ management skills   Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency   Self ‑ motivated and capable of independently handling assigned testing tasks   Flexible schedule to ensure availability throughout the test execution phase   Specific Qualifications:   B.E or equivalent     Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)   Technical Skills:   Jira   SQL Basic Query knowledge    Skill 3   Skill 4   <Insert more skills as necessary>   Behavioral Skills:
