The call supports publication of technical-scientific books by eligible higher-education and R&D institutions and affiliated authors. The online submission form covers works such as research-derived books, scientific knowledge dissemination, specialized training guides, educational or technical works and other technical-scientific categories. The formal edital states a maximum execution period of one year and funding subject to evaluation and budget availability.
Eligibility requirements
Institutional authorship may come from recognized public or private higher-education institutions and scientific R&D institutions. For individual or group authors, the proponent must be the first or sole author and normally be an Angolan national or foreign resident in Angola affiliated with a recognized national science, technology and innovation institution. The edital also allows, exceptionally, an Angolan or foreign person residing abroad whose work is of outstanding relevance to Angola.
