FUNIBER's second 2026 cohort offers scholarship support for Ecuadorian citizens and foreign residents in Ecuador pursuing eligible official online master's programmes.

Candidates submit the required documentation to FUNIBER in one PDF. FUNIBER checks admission and scholarship eligibility and, for approved candidates, issues a scholarship award letter stating the scholarship percentage, remaining costs and proposed payment plan. Selected recipients must complete enrolment by 5 October 2026.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Ecuadorian citizens or foreign residents in Ecuador, hold an eligible third-level university degree equivalent to a bachelor's degree, and be able to cover the portion of programme costs not financed by the scholarship. Technical or technological qualifications are not accepted for this call.
