Funnel Strategist & Copywriter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Funnel Strategist & Copywriter based in Poland. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for a conversion-focused copywriter who wants to own both strategy and execution. You will research audiences, shape messaging, and build full-funnel campaigns designed to generate measurable business results. Your work will span landing pages, email sequences, advertisements, sales assets, case studies, and other conversion content. You will work with real traffic and real performance data, allowing you to see how your work performs within weeks. The role combines creative writing with customer research, funnel strategy, experimentation, and performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, creative, paid media, and customer success teams. With strong autonomy, mentorship, and room to grow, the position is suited to someone who wants their copy to directly influence revenue.

Research ideal customer profiles, competitor positioning, customer reviews, and market messaging to understand audiences and write in their language. Develop full-funnel strategies covering offers, landing pages, sales assets, email sequences, and other customer touchpoints. Write persuasive conversion-focused copy for landing pages, emails, advertisements, case studies, and supporting sales materials. Help determine what should be built, why it should be built, and how each component should move prospects toward the next stage of the funnel. Review campaign and funnel performance, identify points where prospects drop off, and recommend and implement improvements. Collaborate with paid media, creative, sales, and customer success teams to ensure messaging and campaigns work cohesively. Bring new campaign, messaging, and positioning ideas to the team and contribute to strategic discussions. Use customer and performance insights to continuously refine copy, offers, and funnel journeys. Present and defend strategic and creative recommendations while remaining receptive to feedback and alternative perspectives. Requirements 1–3+ years of experience writing conversion-focused copy, whether in an agency, in-house, freelance, or comparable environment. Exceptional written and verbal English, with C2-level proficiency and the ability to produce clear, natural, persuasive copy. A portfolio demonstrating real copywriting work; examples with measurable results are particularly valuable. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer awareness levels, persuasion, and the beliefs prospects need to develop before taking action. Ability to adapt messaging and writing style for different audiences, from individual business owners to enterprise marketing teams. Strong customer and market research habits, with the ability to extract useful insights from reviews, competitor messaging, customer conversations, and other sources. Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of professional copywriting principles, through books, courses, training, or practical experience. Ability to explain and defend creative or strategic ideas clearly in conversations and respond constructively to pushback. Low-ego, collaborative approach with a willingness to share ideas, receive feedback, and continuously improve. Strong analytical mindset and interest in using performance data to improve marketing outcomes. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities and short turnaround times. Genuine enthusiasm for writing and for connecting creative work to measurable commercial results.
