Job Title - Games Team Support Specialist
Job Summary
The Games Team Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and operational support to ensure smooth integration, submission, and maintenance of mobile game applications. The role involves coordinating with vendors, integrating SDKs, managing app store submissions, and handling essential non-technical tasks such as data verification and bill reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the gaming industry, familiarity with popular game engines, and a strong understanding of both Android and iOS publishing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities:
Check and validate source code received from vendors and integrate required SDKs.
Set up virtual machines, VPNs, and necessary environments for app uploads to stores.
Submit applications to Google Play and the Apple App Store after successful SDK integration.
Work with game engines and frameworks such as Cocos Creator, Unity, Flutter, and Swift.
Apply industry knowledge to ensure compliance with game development and publishing standards.
Utilize experience with Apple Store and Google Play policies, processes, and release workflows.
Non-Technical Responsibilities:
Perform weekly data verification and maintain accuracy across multiple tracking sheets (37 hours per week).
Review, cross-check, and correct discrepancies to ensure clean and reliable reporting.
Coordinate with the accounting team for timely bill submissions.
Support reconciliation of payments and assist in the claims resolution process.
Requirements
Experience in the game development or mobile gaming industry.
Knowledge of Cocos Creator, Unity, Flutter, and Swift.
Understanding of mobile app publishing processes on Android and iOS platforms.
Ability to manage application submissions, SDK integrations, and technical validations.
Strong data verification and documentation skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Good coordination skills to support cross-functional teams including accounting and vendors.
