The three-day hackathon is designed to help participants turn a first business idea into a working tech-enabled prototype. Participants may come alone or with a team, with or without an idea, and prior coding or entrepreneurship experience is not required. The wider programme begins with a beginner coding bootcamp on 6–9 October. The best hackathon teams are invited to apply for an October–December accelerator offering workshops, mentoring and expert support in product development, marketing and funding. The programme is advertised as free of charge.
Eligibility requirements
Women living in Estonia’s Ida-Viru region who are interested in technology and entrepreneurship; no prior coding or entrepreneurship experience is required. Participants may join solo or with a team and may apply with or without an existing idea.
