This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GBS Healthcare Training & Development Design Specialist based in India. This role offers the opportunity to design engaging learning experiences that strengthen employee performance, onboarding, process adoption, and business readiness. You’ll transform complex healthcare and business information into clear, learner-centered digital content and practical training resources. Working remotely within a global environment, you’ll combine instructional design expertise with visual creativity and modern AI-powered content tools. You’ll own learning projects from concept and storyboarding through development, quality assurance, and deployment. The role offers strong exposure to eLearning, multimedia, simulations, virtual training, and emerging learning technologies. Your work will directly contribute to capability building and continuous improvement across a global healthcare-focused organization.
