The graduate track supports women entering Ghana's cashew-processing industry through business-development and technical training, mentorship, market linkages and support to build a career in the sector. The programme is implemented by GCIC with partners under its women-focused cashew-processing initiative.
Eligibility requirements
Female graduates of a recognised tertiary institution who completed Ghana National Service within the last four years, are interested in a career in cashew processing and associated businesses, and can commit to programme activities. The programme page also states that women with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
