We're seeking an experienced general management coach to work with managers and rising leaders looking to grow their skills and effectiveness. This role includes coaching and mentoring on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, innovation and creativity, problem solving, and time management, as well as helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to work smarter. Coaches also support clients' career growth through resume review, LinkedIn review, and networking strategy. Ideal candidates have hands-on management or leadership experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients navigate complex organizational challenges. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client. WHY LELAND?
