Full job description
Lead sales and marketing, oversee after-sales operations, manage customer and manufacturer relationships, own budgets and P&L performance, optimize vehicle and parts inventory, enforce credit controls, and recruit, develop and manage the dealership team. The role is based in Vientiane and requires about 10% travel.
Requirements & qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; proven senior automotive dealership management experience covering both sales and after-sales; P&L and commercial-management experience; strong leadership, customer, negotiation and analytical skills; fluent English. Experience in Asia or international environments is desirable.
