Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Radiographer (Band 6) to join a community medical imaging team. This role is critical in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients, delivering accurate and timely results that aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. You will work alongside a team of professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

Perform general radiographic procedures and ensure high-quality imaging results.

Assist in the preparation and positioning of patients for diagnostic examinations.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.

Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.

Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure operational effectiveness.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols at all times.

Provide guidance and support to junior radiography staff and students.
Required Skills:

Certification in Diagnostic Radiography.

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Proven experience as a Radiographer, preferably at a Band 6 level.

Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
