What Impact You'll Have Responsible for ensuring that program deliveries are engineered to meet all system requirements and contractual policies. Works within an Agile SAFe environment and utilizes ESRI’s ArcGIS suite to develop system architecture, perform requirements analysis, and conduct systems‑of‑systems verification. What You'll be Owning Daily Scrums and working within the Agile SAFe environment Release Planning and coordination between teams Ensuring system requirements and deliverables are met Utilizing ESRI ArcGIS suite to develop system architecture What You Must Have An active TS clearance is required to start Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly Minimum of 3 years of recent systems engineering experience Experience translating customer requirements into discrete engineering features with clear acceptance criteria Proven work with SAFe Agile processes Direct experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Earth What Would be Nice to Have Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or GIS Geospatial Intelligence/NGA customer experience Deploying ArcGIS Enterprise in high availability (HA) environments Red Hat Linux and AWS cloud experience Integration of external segments for enterprise capability delivery Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology experience Cybersecurity knowledge (vulnerability assessment, mitigations) Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, streaming analytics Security+ or DoD 8140‑equivalent certification Pay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.
