This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente Comercial Middle - Recife based in Brazil. This is an opportunity to lead the growth and development of a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients. You will act as a strategic financial partner, combining commercial expertise with a consultative approach to understand complex business needs. The role involves prospecting new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and structuring tailored financial solutions. You will engage directly with business owners, CFOs, financial directors, and other senior decision-makers. Success will be measured through portfolio profitability, credit quality, cross-selling, and sustainable revenue growth. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with internal teams while covering clients across Pernambuco, Ceará, Paraíba, and neighboring states. The position offers significant autonomy, regional exposure, and the opportunity to influence the growth of businesses across the Northeast.
