This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente Território - Cuiabá/MT based in Brazil. This role is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of fuel-station customers across the Cuiabá territory. You will oversee commercial relationships, contract execution, pricing, margins, and opportunities to expand customer volumes. The position combines account management, business development, financial analysis, and operational excellence. You will work closely with internal teams including credit and collections, pricing, marketing, logistics, and engineering. A strong analytical approach will be important for monitoring portfolio health and territory KPIs. You will also support customers in implementing operational, safety, and service standards. The role offers a dynamic commercial environment for someone who enjoys negotiation, customer relationships, and field-based business management.
Manage a portfolio of Shell-branded fuel-station customers, ensuring proper execution of commercial contracts and identifying opportunities for additional volume. Manage fuel and other product and service pricing and margins across the assigned customer portfolio. Support the identification and prospecting of new customers in line with established commercial strategies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular commercial engagement and effective negotiation. Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Coordinate with credit and collections, pricing, marketing, logistics, and engineering teams to address customer needs and support commercial objectives. Analyze the financial health of the customer portfolio and monitor relevant territory KPIs. Identify opportunities and risks within the territory based on commercial and financial indicators. Support the implementation of operational excellence and health and safety standards at customer locations. Ensure that appropriate training, operational procedures, and safety standards are effectively communicated and implemented at fuel stations. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification. Previous professional experience in customer relationship management and commercial negotiation. Availability to live in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso. Valid Category B driver's license and availability to travel throughout the assigned region. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with commercial and performance data. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and customer-service skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and evaluate portfolio performance. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and coordinate activities across different business functions. Proactive and results-oriented approach, with strong organization and autonomy in managing a territory. Benefits Full-time employment under a CLT contract.
