GL Accountant | Mid-Senior

In this role, you’ll help people own it. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform timely monthly intercompany account reconciliations
• Identify and resolve intercompany discrepancies and out-of-balance conditions
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes
• Document and implement standardized accounting procedures
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Support external audit requirements
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements (prior experience in this area is a plus)
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
• Communication with other teams regarding daily issue. CORE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Full accounting knowledge
• Preferred experience working with Business Central (former Microsoft Dynamics NAV) or Workday
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven, initiative, problem-solving oriented person
