What you'll do Lead, coach, and develop both specialists and team leads, investing in their success to build high-performing talent. Manage end-to-end team performance and drive accountability on policies, including making difficult calls on performance management and terminations. Resolve complex in-person escalations and manage sensitive stakeholder situations by balancing empathy with sound business judgment. Audit performance in partnership with Quality teams to identify training gaps and execute progressive improvement plans. Coordinate the maintenance of the physical location, overseeing inventory, safety protocols (EHS), property management, and cleaning services. Surface ground-level insights and customer feedback to the business to influence regional support logic and strategic projects. Optimize operational processes and manage local projects to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve the earner experience. Basic Qualifications For Internals: At least 1 year of leadership experience or subject matter expertise (SME) at Uber. For Externals: At least 1 year of direct people management experience. Previous experience managing complex operations and stakeholder relationships. Proven experience in process improvement and P&L management. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional systems thinking skills with the ability to translate audit data into actionable leadership and training strategies. Experience managing physical facilities or logistics hubs, including EHS and property management coordination. Proven resilience in managing high-stakes, face-to-face conflict resolution with clarity and care. A proactive "owner" mindset with a track record of identifying and solving operational friction points before they scale. Ready to Ride?
