Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Channel Operations Manager based in United States. This is a strategic operations role supporting a global partner ecosystem within a high-performing, subscription-based technology environment. You will manage the programs, systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable distributors, resellers, and other channel partners to succeed. The role combines channel program management, partner enablement, sales operations, data management, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with Channel Sales leadership as well as Finance, Marketing, Legal, and other teams to improve partner performance and operational efficiency. Your work will directly influence partner engagement, revenue execution, compliance, reporting, and the overall scalability of the channel model. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-directed operator who can balance strategic initiatives with hands-on program administration. As part of a remote-first organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders and partners across functions and geographies to drive measurable channel growth.

Provide day-to-day operational support to Global Channel Sales leadership and coordinate resources to maximize partner engagement. Own and continuously improve the global Partner Program, including program processes, requirements, compliance, and partner experience. Administer partner rebates, referral fees, and Market Development Funds (MDF), including payment tracking and processing. Manage the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, partner portal, and associated technology vendor relationships. Maintain partner data within Salesforce and own end-to-end deal registration processes, reporting, and channel dashboards. Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on partner sales, program performance, and ecosystem activity. Manage partner onboarding and compliance processes, ensuring partners can efficiently register and access relevant resources and content. Develop, publish, and maintain partner training materials within the PRM environment and manage certification data and compliance reporting. Administer partner-facing content platforms, maintaining resources such as deal registration guides, price books, program terms, and partner communications. Manage reseller, distributor, and referral agreements through contract lifecycle and electronic signature platforms. Own and manage the partner support ticket queue, triaging issues and coordinating timely resolution. Support alliance and marketplace operations, including cloud marketplace listings and cross-functional coordination with platforms such as AWS and GCP. Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to improve program design, compliance, incentives, and rebate structures. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Channel Management, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience supporting sales organizations and partner ecosystems across multiple organizational levels. Proven experience managing partner or channel programs, including operational processes and partner engagement. Undergraduate degree preferred. Hands-on experience administering PRM or partner portal platforms such as Impartner, along with Salesforce and contract/e-signature tools such as DocuSign. Experience with partner enablement and sales content platforms such as Highspot. Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Qlik and commission or incentive platforms such as CaptivateIQ is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain programs, processes, value propositions, and business practices. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused, with strong follow-through and attention to operational accuracy. Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and exercise sound judgment when resolving complex or sensitive issues. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate resources across departments to execute complex channel strategies. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while independently driving projects and continuous improvement. Benefits Base salary range of approximately $120,000–$125,000 per year , with eligibility for annual variable compensation. A broader compensation range of $160,000–$200,000 is referenced for the position, with individual compensation determined by factors such as experience, education, skills, and geography. Comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical and dental coverage. 401(k) plan. Paid time off and company holidays. Company shutdown periods and additional paid time-off options. Remote-first work environment. Work-life balance initiatives. Employee referral program. Opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals across global teams. Inclusive culture centered on customer focus, innovation, initiative, integrity, transparency, impact, and teamwork. Employment subject to applicable reference and background checks and U.S. employment eligibility verification.
