We’re looking for a Global Events and Field Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and support marketing execution worldwide. This role is ideal for a results-driven, highly organised professional with a passion for event coordination, program support, and customer engagement. You'll partner with sales, product marketing, and vendors to assist in the execution of impactful programs and help generate pipeline for our go-to-market teams.
Support the planning and execution of global and regional events, trade shows, executive dinners, partner activations, and customer programs.
Support vendor relationships and assist with logistics selection, vendor coordination, on-site support, and post-event reporting.
Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and follow-up strategies.
Assist with campaign performance tracking, pipeline attribution, and lead handoff to sales.
Work cross-functionally with content, design, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency.
Proficiently use tools related to registration, lead capture, lead management, and event operations.
Travel to support in-person events (up to 40%).
Manage corporate swag inventory, including procurement, global distribution, and vendor relationships to support various marketing initiatives.
Must be comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting boxes (up to 20 lbs), unpacking materials, extensive walking, and standing for long periods while setting up, managing, and breaking down events, including occasional long hours during event days.

Proven track record in end-to-end management or support of trade show and conference sponsorships, including booth logistics, activation, and lead generation.
3-5 years of experience in field marketing and technical event management.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with strict attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable interfacing with sales, vendors, and executive-level stakeholders.
Flexible with travel and able to work in fast-paced environments.
