Full job description
The specialist investigates safety concerns, abuse reports, fraud, product issues and sensitive escalations; enforces terms and community guidelines; works with Engineering and other cross-functional teams; and contributes to operational process improvement. Weekend work may be required depending on the six-month schedule cycle.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires at least 2 years in a customer-experience-facing role, basic Zendesk knowledge, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, comfort with sensitive content, project/cross-functional collaboration capability, and subject-matter expertise in Trust & Safety.
