Full job description
The manager owns global payroll across the US and EMEA, leads payroll analysts, builds SOX-ready controls, manages equity-compensation payroll, partners on general-ledger close, oversees vendors and systems, and drives payroll reporting and automation. Dublin base compensation is €140,000–€150,000 plus equity.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires substantial end-to-end multi-country payroll ownership across multiple entities and currencies, direct UK/France/Germany/Ireland and US payroll experience, people leadership, payroll-system and vendor-management expertise, multi-jurisdiction compliance and SOX controls, plus strong payroll/GL and data-driven operations capability.
