Hilti is accepting applications for its two-year Outperformer Operations Track based around Schaan and international operations rotations.

The graduate program rotates participants through plant or tool-service leadership, operational-excellence projects and an international strategic assignment, with senior-management exposure and mentoring.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants should have or soon complete a master's degree in engineering, chemistry, physics or a similar field, be early in their career, be fluent in English plus at least one other language, and be internationally mobile. Hilti asks non-EU/EFTA candidates to state their Switzerland/Liechtenstein work-authorization status.
