Go-to-Market Strategist (CSM)

About the Role We're looking for a customer-centric, commercially minded Go-to-Market Strategist to help customers maximize value from Alta while driving adoption, retention, and growth. Acting as a strategic advisor who helps customers achieve business outcomes and scale their use of AI. Responsibilities Customer Strategy & Growth Manage a portfolio of SMB,mid-market, and enterprise customers across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal Lead customer engagements including onboarding, business reviews, enablement sessions, and strategic planning discussions Develop success plans aligned with customer goals and business outcomes Identify opportunities for adoption, expansion, and workflow optimization Partner with Sales on renewals and growth opportunities Customer Insights & Retention Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities Build action plans to improve adoption, satisfaction, and retention Translate customer feedback and business needs into actionable recommendations Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Product, and AI Engineer teams to align customer needs with business priorities Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product direction and go-to-market strategies Partner across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outcomes Product Expertise & Enablement Develop deep expertise in Alta's AI platform and integrations Guide customers on best practices, implementation, and change management Champion new features and product initiatives with customers Contribute to scalable resources, playbooks, and customer education materials What You Bring Required 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Strategic Consulting, GTM, or SaaS-related roles Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement Experience leading customer onboarding, adoption, and growth initiatives Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams Strategic, analytical, and customer-focused mindset Comfortable with CRM systems, AI tools, and modern SaaS technology Availability to support US customers during core business hours Nice to Have Experience in startups or SaaS companies or SDR role Background in Customer Success, RevOps, sales enablement, or consulting Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar GTM tools Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies Spanish, Portuguese, French or additional language proficiency What Success Looks Like Customers achieve measurable business outcomes with Alta High adoption, retention, and expansion across your portfolio Strong executive relationships and customer advocacy Customer insights influence product and GTM strategy Effective collaboration across Sales, Product, and AI Engineer teams The annual base salary range for this role is $65,000–$100,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
