Graphic Designer Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Brazil. This freelance remote role offers an opportunity for an experienced graphic designer to apply creative expertise to the development of advanced AI systems. You will evaluate AI-generated visual content and provide expert feedback on composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and overall design quality. Your professional judgment will help models better understand the principles and creative decisions behind effective visual communication. The work spans both digital and print formats and involves analyzing outputs, identifying design errors, and refining evaluation standards. You will collaborate with a team working at the intersection of creative design and AI technology. This role is well suited to a mid-to-senior designer who enjoys applying established design principles to emerging technologies.

Analyze AI-generated graphics and evaluate their composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color usage, and overall design quality. Assess visual content for accuracy, usability, stylistic consistency, and adherence to established graphic design principles. Annotate design errors and identify issues related to layout, color systems, typography, composition, and visual communication. Provide expert feedback that helps improve the quality and visual reasoning of AI-generated content. Collaborate with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines. Apply professional knowledge of graphic design across both print and digital formats. Evaluate creative concepts and visual outputs using established design standards and professional judgment. Contribute specialized insights that help AI systems better recognize and interpret effective visual design practices. Requirements: Professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a closely related creative field. Strong expertise in layout design, composition, visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and creative concept development. Proficiency with industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX-related design is an advantage. Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro and motion graphics is a plus. Additional experience in social media content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography is beneficial. Strong creative judgment and the ability to critically evaluate visual work against professional design standards. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when identifying visual inconsistencies or design issues. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide precise and constructive feedback. Comfort working with AI tools and reviewing AI-generated creative content.
