This is what you move:

As Group Head Paid Social, you will lead the strategic direction and high-level delivery of cross-market campaigns for our global key account Google, serving as the primary strategic interface between senior clients, platform partners, and internal specialist teams.

• Strategic Account Leadership: Owning the overarching paid social roadmap for Google workstreams, ensuring all campaign strategies perfectly align with business KPIs, measurement priorities, and agency-wide best practices.

• Senior Stakeholder Management: Building and nurturing high-level relationships with key client stakeholders, platform partners (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest), and internal leadership teams.

• Process & Workflow Governance: Driving operational excellence by identifying and implementing improvements in paid social processes, briefing standards, and campaign workflows across all markets.

• Strategic Client Advisory: Acting as an expert partner to internal teams, media and marketing teams on client side to challenge briefs, refine objectives, and guide stakeholders toward the most impactful media approaches.

• Innovation & Testing Leadership: Directing the development of advanced testing plans and pro-actively identifying industry trends, alpha/beta product releases, and growth opportunities.

• Regional Quality Assurance: Taking ultimate accountability for channel controls, campaign compliance, and leading the regional development of paid social standards within your team.

The following qualities distinguish you:

• Proven Agency Background: Extensive (4–6 years) hands-on digital agency experience managing multi-million dollar paid social campaigns across the EMEA region.

• Social Platform Mastery: In-depth, expert-level knowledge of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and Pinterest, ideally backed by industry credentials (e.g., Meta Blueprint Certified).

• Bilingual Communication Skills: Professional-level fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory to confidently lead daily communication across diverse, global teams and senior client structures.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a natural affinity for numbers and the ability to extract actionable strategic insights from complex, raw data sets.

• Translational Capability: Outstanding interpersonal skills and the unique ability to act as a bridge, translating highly technical platform data into simplified, high-level strategic advice.

• AdTech & Automation Expertise: Deep understanding of programmatic optimization levers, ideally complemented by experience with third-party tools like Smartly.io or Sprinklr.
