  • Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices across development teams.

Engineering Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and foster continuous growth for a group of full-stack engineers, promoting a culture of ownership and engineering excellence.
  • Drive strategic organizational scaling through active involvement in the hiring process.

  • Oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and cross-team initiatives.
  • Translate complex mobility and optimization challenges into robust, scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering management, including managing team leads or senior engineers.

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, cross-team technical initiatives.

  • Proficient background in javascript/typescript, and strong knowledge in Node.

  • Experience in React- an advantage.
