Group Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and commercially minded finance professional to join our growing team as Group Senior Financial Analyst.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, enhancing business performance, and supporting executive decision-making through high-quality analysis. With direct exposure to senior management and involvement in high-impact strategic initiatives, this is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong critical thinking skills, sound commercial judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Job Description

  • Support senior management in the day-to-day business and financial matters of the Group, providing financial analysis and insights to support effective decision-making
  • Support the evaluation and execution of high-impact strategic projects, including M&A transactions, divestitures, debt financing and refinancing transactions, and corporate transformation initiatives
  • Contribute across all stages of transactions and projects, including financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, business plan preparation, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, internal coordination, and execution support
  • Liaise with internal departments across the Group’s companies to collect and consolidate financial and operational information, and prepare accurate and timely management reports, dashboards, board materials, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
  • Monitor market developments, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors relevant to the Group’s operations, financing activities, and investment strategy
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects across the finance department

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory or FP&A
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field
  • Master's degree (MBA or MSc in Finance) will be considered a strong asset
  • Professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or similar) will be considered a strong asset
  • Strong Excel, financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills and familiarity with investor reporting, board materials, and senior executive-level presentations
  • Excellent communication and soft skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and other key company stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with sound commercial judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively across parallel projects
  • Proactive mindset with the willingness to take initiative, assume responsibility, and contribute across a variety of business matters
