Growth & Acquisition Marketing Manager

You’ll lead paid media across major platforms while exploring emerging channels to accelerate profitable growth. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on performance management, budget planning, creative testing, and analytics. You’ll manage external agency partners, challenge recommendations, and ensure media investment delivers measurable commercial results. Working closely with lifecycle, e-commerce, creative, brand, and customer experience teams, you’ll connect acquisition to the broader customer journey. Success will require balancing growth, efficiency, customer value, and profitability in a fast-moving environment.
