Your Mission
For the Growth Investment team, we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Munich office. You will work at the heart of fast-paced, tech-driven investments, partnering with ambitious founders and entrepreneurial teams. As an intern, you will be involved in all parts of the deal, from sourcing, over-deal execution, portfolio work and exit and are expected to take on responsibility and ownership early on.
Your Responsibilities
- Support sourcing with identification and initial analysis of potential targets
- Conduct and generate insights from company research & market analysis
- Support during the investment proposal and due diligence process
- Assist with portfolio management and reporting
Qualifications And Requirements
- Excellent academic performance; min. 4th Semester Bachelor
- At least 2 prior internships in top-tier PE, VC, M&A, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking firms
- Entrepreneurial mindset paired with critical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in German & English (C1)
