About Cryptio Cryptio is the leading institutional back office for the digital assets and AI era. Our data engine powers accounting, reconciliation, fund administration and credit workflows for enterprises operating across digital assets and blockchain-based markets. By transforming complex on-chain and off-chain crypto activity into auditable records, Cryptio supports critical finance workflows including accounting, treasury, tax filings, license applications, loans activity and regulatory reporting. THE OPPORTUNITY We already have referral agreements in place with the biggest custodians and exchanges in crypto: Anchorage, BitGo, Copper, Zodia, Utila, Blockdaemon, and more. The relationships exist. The deals are signed. What we need now is someone to activate them. Your job is to build real relationships with the account managers inside our partners, the people who own the renewals and can actually make a referral happen. Salespeople at our partners don't have much incentive to slow down their own deal to refer us, so this is about the account managers, not the sales teams. When a custodian's client needs help with the accounting side, we want their account manager's first instinct to be "talk to Cryptio." No cold pipeline from scratch. No quota. Just you, our partner network, and one clear number: how much pipeline we generate in referrals each quarter. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build real relationships with the account managers at each partner (custodians and exchanges to start, more as we grow)
• Run a steady cadence with each partner, aim for around 7 touchpoints a month
• Figure out why referrals stall and fix the incentive problems getting in the way
• Track partner performance and make the pipeline numbers visible across the business
• Work closely with our own account executives so referrals convert into real deals
• Work with marketing on joint campaigns, events, and content
• Explore product integration ideas with partners, like a "refer to Cryptio" button inside their product
• Show up at industry events and become a recognisable face in the ecosystem Who you are You're a strong relationship builder with commercial instincts. You've probably been in sales, BD, or partnerships, and you're good at it, but you want to build something rather than chase a number every month. You're organised. You think in systems. You follow through. You're also entrepreneurial. This role is more generalist than pure relationship management. You'll need to understand our product well enough to spot new angles, which means getting comfortable with the accounting side of what we do. And you genuinely love crypto. You follow the space, you understand the players, and you can hold your own in a conversation with a BitGo or Anchorage salesperson. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU
• Have 2-6 years in sales, BD, partnerships, or a GTM role
• Have worked somewhere with real commercial pressure and measurable targets
• Are crypto-native or deeply passionate about digital assets
• Have existing relationships with account managers at custodians like Anchorage, BitGo, or Copper (a strong plus, not a requirement)
• Love building relationships with individuals, not just organisations
• Are comfortable with high autonomy and figuring things out as you go
• Use AI tools regularly and get excited about what they unlock WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT We're not doing GTM the traditional way.
