ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on GTM Engineer role at a fast-growing B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency serving the DACH region. You will own strategic projects from day one, building and scaling automation workflows and data infrastructure that directly power client growth outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and go-to-market strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade automation workflows using tools such as n8n or Make.com.
- Leverage AI tools (including large language models) to accelerate GTM operations and explore novel applications in a B2B context.
- Collect, transform, and visualize data using SQL, Python, and BI tools to drive decisions across campaigns and client engagements.
- Integrate and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) to create scalable, sustainable infrastructure.
- Build reporting structures and dashboards that track pipeline value, sales cycles, and campaign ROI.
- Drive strategic projects independently, from scoping through delivery, in a fast-paced team environment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
- Production experience building and owning workflows with automation tools such as n8n or Make.com.
- Strong data skills: comfortable with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.
- An AI-native mindset with active, practical use of AI tools to accelerate work.
- A track record of designing clean, maintainable technical solutions built to last.
- Native or C2-level German proficiency, plus professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Prior B2B SaaS experience or evidence of building a system from scratch is a plus.
- Background in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, or finance is a plus.
- Authorized to work in Germany without visa sponsorship. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: EUR 50,000 to EUR 70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
