ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on GTM Engineering role at a fast-growing B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency in Berlin, focused on the DACH market. You will own strategic projects end-to-end, building and shipping automation workflows that directly power client acquisition and revenue operations. The role sits at the intersection of data engineering, workflow automation, and go-to-market strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade automation workflows using tools such as n8n or Make.com.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., large language models) to accelerate GTM processes including data enrichment, personalized outreach, and lead qualification.
- Work with SQL, Python, and BI platforms to collect, transform, and visualize data that drives client and internal decision-making.
- Integrate CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) with marketing and outreach tooling to create scalable infrastructure.
- Identify process inefficiencies early and implement clean, maintainable technical solutions.
- Take ownership of strategic projects from day one and drive them forward independently. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
- Hands-on production experience building and owning workflows with automation tools such as n8n or Make.com.
- Strong data skills across SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.
- An AI-native mindset: you actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work and are curious about applying them in a GTM context.
- Systems-thinking orientation: you design solutions that are clean, maintainable, and built to scale.
- German proficiency at native or C2 level, plus professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for a hybrid work setup.
- Prior B2B SaaS experience or a track record of building a system from scratch is a strong plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: EUR 50,000 to 70,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION Hybrid, based in Berlin, Germany.
