You will own the systems and processes that drive customer acquisition, sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product. Your work will directly shape how the company scales outbound across the DACH region and beyond.
What You'll Do

Build and scale lead-generation workflows using tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, and Smartlead.

Research, enrich, and qualify leads across multiple data sources and APIs.

Develop and optimize outbound campaigns with the founding team, covering targeting, messaging, and deliverability.

Automate sales and marketing processes using AI and modern SaaS tooling.

Analyze funnel, conversion, and campaign data to continuously improve performance.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed GTM insights back into the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on experience building or operating lead generation systems, outbound campaigns, or GTM infrastructure at scale.

Proven experience with modern GTM and lead generation platforms such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, or equivalents.

Strong understanding of outbound strategy, ICP definition, intent signal identification, lead enrichment, and email deliverability optimization.

Technical comfort with APIs, automations, and scripting; you can read API documentation and integrate tools without hand-holding.

Experience designing and optimizing conversion funnels using campaign performance data.

Track record of building scalable, repeatable lead generation workflows and sales automation processes.

Native German proficiency and fluent English; experience working with German-speaking customer segments is essential.

Background in B2B SaaS growth, especially at early-stage or hypergrowth companies, is a strong plus.

Familiarity with no-code or low-code automation platforms and AI-assisted workflows for outbound is a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 65,000 to 95,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in Vienna, Austria.
