GTM Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Recruiter based in the United States. This is a high-impact recruiting role responsible for building the talent pipeline that will shape a growing go-to-market and sales organization. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of GTM roles, from high-volume individual contributor hiring to targeted senior and leadership searches. Working closely with GTM leaders, you’ll define hiring needs, calibrate talent expectations, and develop strategies that consistently deliver strong candidates. You’ll proactively map the market, build relationships with high-quality talent, and develop diverse pipelines before hiring needs arise. The role combines recruiting expertise with data, market insights, and strategic workforce thinking to continuously improve hiring outcomes. You’ll also help evolve recruiting processes and candidate experiences as the organization scales, with meaningful ownership over how talent is attracted and evaluated.
