WHAT YOU'LL DO: TIFIN.ai is the AI operating layer for the wealth enterprise, a platform offering an agent library to address workflows across operations, investments and growth. Our north star is delivering better wealth outcomes for more people. We’re building production-grade multi-agent systems that power advisor copilots, investment intelligence workflows, and autonomous research capabilities. You will build a BD function that drives new business with mid-market RIAs ($2B–$100B AUM). Working alongside our executive team to convert, you’ll also gather market feedback and help shape GTM strategy. We’re looking for a hands on doer with the drive required for category creation. THE ROLE: Generate new logo meetings through your existing network and a repeatable, scalable outbound motion Run 10–15 qualified conversations per week with mid-market RIA decision-makers (CEO, COO, President, Head of Sales) Leverage and expand our strategic partnerships as a channel into new firms Execute conference prep and lead follow up  Run discovery that maps agentic workflows to a firm's actual operating pain Partner with the exec team on deal strategy, pricing, and close Feed market feedback back into Product WHO YOU ARE: Experience selling agentic AI in the financial services vertical or wealthtech to RIAs Ability to build and own top-of-funnel yourself; this is not a role with an SDR team beneath it Experience with category creation, not category displacement Relationships with the CEO / COO / President / Head of Sales at mid-market RIAs ($2B–$100B AUM) is a plus COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE: $150,000 - $200,000 USD salary, $400,000 - $450,000 OTE In addition to cash compensation, a meaningful equity stake is a significant part of the overall package. Package also includes benefits program eligibility, which includes 90-100% medical, vision and dental coverage for you and your dependents, retirement benefits and flexible PTO.
