As an Guest Experience & Operations Specialist, you will deliver exceptional customer service and support the reservation process for the Italian market, with additional support for the UK market.
Your focus will be on converting customer interactions into bookings while ensuring a seamless experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales and/or Hospitality
- Fluent in italian
- English: Minimum B2 level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide a professional and friendly customer experience
- Positive sales and marketing orientation, with ability to convert calls into bookings
- Familiarity with reservation systems and tools is a plus
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends
