渠道开发及管理
- 区域一级代理开发、维护及日常销售活动管理
- 按公司要求与一级代理共同规划市场布局并完成二级市场的开发与覆盖；
- 协助一级代理按进度完成相应目标；
- 配合一级代理指导及管理二级分销商销售行为
门店培训
- 定期组织门店零售人员产品、系统、销售技巧培训及考核
- 门店人员销售过程指导、陪同及管理
- 竞品知识汇总分析并传回
市场活动
- 楼盘及装修公司推进计划制定及落地
- 市场品牌推广/线上下
- 零售展会及促销活动的制定
- 经销商活动指引
Qualifications and requirements
- 熟悉了解当地家用中央空调经销商渠道及市场
- 熟悉中央空调产品基本知识且热爱中央空调零售行业
- 演讲、展示PPT及PPT制作能力；汇总分析总结能力
- 大面积覆盖跑动
- 具备常规的阅读图纸方案能力
- 有较强的沟通能力、感染力和亲和力；开朗
- 相关专业本科以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验（优秀可放宽）；
- 有高的团队协作奉献精神、高挑战乐观精神及强烈的责任感
