This is a full-time Grade 21 role on an initial two-year contract with possible renewal. The official posting states that the salary scale starts at USD 110,448 per annum net of taxes and includes pension, life and medical insurance. The position supervises HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits Administration, HR Systems and HR Analytics functions.
Requirements & qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field; at least seven years of progressively responsible relevant experience including supervisory experience; demonstrated HR-operations and workforce-analytics leadership. Applicants must be nationals of one of CDB's member countries.
