Full job description
The post leads the Budget and Finance Unit, sets financial, budgetary and integrated-planning strategy, coordinates annual and multiannual budgets and resource plans, oversees execution and financial governance, advises senior management, monitors performance and risks, manages statutory reporting and assets, and drives digitalisation and process improvement.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants must be nationals of an EU Member State or Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland and meet the stated citizenship, fitness and military-service conditions. They need qualifying university studies (four years, or at least three years plus one year of appropriate professional experience), at least 12 years of relevant full-time professional experience after the qualifying degree, C1 knowledge of one EU official language and B2 in another. The selection criteria include at least three years of relevant post-graduate management experience and preferably a degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, public administration or another relevant field.
