Head of Business Development - Logos

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Business Development - Logos based in Spain. This is a senior business development leadership opportunity focused on growing a decentralized technology ecosystem from pre-mainnet preparation through post-launch adoption. You will shape partnership strategy, identify high-value ecosystem opportunities, and build relationships that translate into meaningful integrations, usage, and network growth. The role sits at the intersection of Web3 infrastructure, privacy-focused protocols, decentralized systems, and ecosystem development. You will work closely with protocol, engineering, product, ecosystem, and communications teams to turn technical capabilities into compelling partner propositions. A key part of the role is engaging credibly with founders, protocol teams, engineers, and other technical decision-makers without needing technology translated for you. You will also lead and develop a small BD team while remaining highly hands-on with strategically important relationships and opportunities. The environment is autonomous, remote, technically sophisticated, and well suited to a builder who understands how Web3 partnerships move from initial conversations to real-world implementation.
