Full job description
Manage department operations and staff, ensure compliance with laws and internal rules, organize card issuance, personalization and delivery, coordinate processing and payment-system operations, maintain reporting, improve controls and participate in card-business projects and process development.
Requirements & qualifications
Higher education in economics or a technical field; at least 3 years of total experience and at least 3 years in banking or financial institutions; experience organizing and controlling card issuance and delivery; knowledge of Kyrgyz banking law and payment-system principles; people-management skills.
